Album number four is another typically understated affair from Norah Jones. The Fall is apparently Jones’ ‘break-up record’, having split with long-time musical and romantic partner Lee Alexander during its making. It may well be the most polite break-up record in history, but Jones’ dulcet tones and classy songwriting still make for a soothing listen.
